DIY Yoga Challenge: Day 2

Yoga practice was needed today 100%
I am absolutely grateful to be back at it. Today two poses got my attention. Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II) and Tree Pose (Vriksasana). Both so powerful and allowed me to lengthen my body and spirit today. ❤

Now I feel refreshed and ready to tackle my day, create awesome content for the clients and get down to plan things for you too.
